"The property was modern and nice with a lot of entertainment options in-home (pool, game room, etc). We had an amazing time and felt comfortable. One small complaint is that we didn't know quiet time in the neighborhood began at 11PM. One of the bedrooms is street-side and neighbors played their music loudly and hooped until the curfew every night. It was a little tough with our plans to gate-drop early at parks. Otherwise it was clean and had everything we needed."

"We loved our stay at Fred’s home! Upon arrival it was very clean. All the beds were comfortable and anything communication sent before, during and after our stay was replied to within hours. We had 3 generations staying together and it was perfect for all the age ranges (as young as 9 and as old as 70). Handrails for the pool and spa were fantastic for my parents. Hands down would rent again or recommend this home!"

"Five of us stayed here and never would have known that we were in this house together. Place is huge, beautiful and clean. We will most likely return next year to visit family in Florida with the kids. Theme parks are a little bit of a drive with traffic but this house is worth it! The down stairs master suite is perfect if you want some space between you and your kids!"

"Overall was a great place to come home to after being out. Quiet, lots of room to spread out. Nice neighborhood on the outskirts of the business of Orlando/Kissamee. Its about hr and half drive to clearwater and about hr and half drive to Cocoa beach. We were able to enjoy both the sunset and sunrise. I recommend spending time at each place. Fun spot and Old Town were 20-30 away. Great location overall."

"I looked at a million very similar looking houses before chosing this one. I am so glad i chosen this! Beautiful house, great location and feels totally secluded. House is clean, pool is amazing. The view is fantastic, saw beautiful skies, hot air ballons, birds of all kinds, turtles. Kids played in the game room and loved the outdoor space. "Me and my family, plus extended family started here during our visit to Orlando and the theme parks. The house was perfect for our needs with 5 bedrooms and space to visit, and also be able to spread out when needed. The house is clean and well appointed with all the appliances and cooking implements you might need. Do not that there are no consumable items with the exception of a salt shaker. "Very big house ideal for 4 couples or 2-3 families. Had mostly was is needed. A few things (mainly pans and and kitchen stuff) need updating (ie; cooking for 6-7 in a very small frying pan is tough) or replacement but very much OK. Decent stay overall"

"House was beautiful and everything needed for a good stay. Property was very nice and surprisingly quiet. Be advised though that traffic getting to and from Orlando is absolutely terrible. An hour to an hour and a half just for a 19 mile drive and it didn't seem to matter the time of day. I realize owners have no control over that. Communication was a little sketchy but overall a great home and good stay."
