Other things to note
The unit uses a smart lock system. The lock code is changed for each renter for your safety. The lock code assigned for your stay will be given the day prior to check in.

Please don’t forget to lock the door every time you leave the unit for the safety of your belongings as well as for the safety of the appliances inside. You will be charged for any lost or broken items for the duration of your stay.

Kindly turn off the air conditioner, the hood exhaust, and the stove, as well as the lights and all electronic appliances every time you leave the unit (EXEPT THE INTERNET MODEM).

As a courtesy to the other units, please do not leave your trash outside the door, but instead dispose of trash in the designated area located at the basement of the building.

The pool is with minimal fee at 200/head. Operating time 6Am-9Pm
