"The location was excellent and the staff were helpful. Unfortunately, my room was dirty. There was dust everywhere and the pillow cases on my bed were dirty. I was able to find a housekeeper and she immediately came to give me clean sheets and pillow cases. The WiFi wasn't working which was a bit frustrating when phone service was limited inside parts of the building. Despite the minor we enjoyed our stay but unfortunately next trip we will seek other accommodations ."

"The location of The Wade was excellent. Loved that it is so close to everything downtown. Staff were excellent and very personal....we were greeted with an upgrade room with a view of the lake, just very special and unexpected. Highly recommend staying here. We stayed 3 nights and were sad to leave!"

"Great stay at L7 Chicago by LOTTE! The location is excellent—super convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only downside was that one of the elevators wasn’t working, so wait times could be quite long at times. Aside from that, everything else was great and I’d definitely consider staying here again."

"Having stayed in the lovely Swissotel Bosphorus/Istanbul, I was hesitant to compare Swissotel experience & hope Chicago would be as good. No. Not even close.
The elevated Swissotel brand is not represented here well in this building at all. The valet is $87! Self park is $70 and the self park area doesn’t even have an elevator up to the lobby, you have to walk through a dark, confusing, and claustrophobic garage to stairs then to elevator. Staff were tactful & kind, it’s just the building is...

"Our room was out dated. Rust in the bathroom. The bathroom tub was sunk in so my pregnant daughter was very careful because it felt like the tub would fall through. The beds are also sunk in.
The hotel does not have hotel parking. You can park on the street which you have to move during different times. There is a parking lot across the street from hotel which is $65 for so many hours then you have to pay again. I would not stay again."

"The staff were great. Rooms were very clean but lacked in the little things like soap and a coffee maker. The room was large and comfortable. The cooling system would only keep the room at 70 degrees. The tv was slow and clunky making almost useless for entertainment. No tv guide or movie channels. The hotel is places well around shopping and restaurants near by."
