"We are a family of 5 and we found this place a bit small. It is also located on a main busy street. Great if you plan on just sleeping there. No dishtowels left for us, two rolls of TP for a 5 days stay (more provide d on request) and not enough garbage bags We've been staying at this type of place (4 total) and some hosts just know how to provide the items to make your stay easier. "Met by the very attentive owner who is very polite. Answered texts very quickly, and checked in to make sure everything was okay and to see if I needed anything. Place was clean, bed is very comfortable, and amenities are close by with a car. Easy access to major highway close by."
