Peaceful neighborhood close to everything! There are a dozen waterfront restaurants within 10 minutes! We are also just 10 Minutes from Mobile and only a few minutes to I-10, Fairhope and Mobile Bay. 45 minutes to the many Gulf Beaches and 40 minutes to Pensacola.
*Please note a 4% non-refundable credit card fee will be applied to all payments.
Please lock all windows and doors when you leave. If you are staying or checking out on a Sunday or Monday please put the trash can by the street for Monday morning pick up. Please review and follow our clean-up procedures prior to your departure. They are available in the house manual on the entryway table when you arrive.
PLEASE - do not park on the grass at any time :) We have a sprinkler system. Parking areas are specified in the house manual. It will be clear where they are when you arrive though.
Check-out is at 11:00am and our cleaners arrive between 11:00-11:15. If you need a late check-out, this must be requested and approved by us in advance. Any late check-out that is not approved in advance will result in a $100 fee. Late check out longer than 2 hours will result in a $250 fee plus any amount that is lost due to the following guest not being able to check-in or having to cancel because the property isn`t ready.

Super clean and comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. House is very well equipped with lots of little extras that were appreciated (from cheese graters to comfy throw blankets). Beds and linens felt luxurious.We enjoyed the area including pickleball courts in Daphne and shopping and dining in nearby Fair Hope.

PamElle was akways prompt & helpful in communications with our group. The house was exactly as we expected. The house accommodated us even with some handicap needs. The location was very private and safe! Location was very close to all the things we wanted to do! Overall 100% Recommend staying at this location if you’re in the Daphne area!

Great place to stay!

This property was in a great location! Convenient to everything that my family needed!Our host was excellent! She was always quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone needing a place in Daphne.

I booked for a softball tournament. The location was wonderful. It was so close to the sports plex and restaurants, parks and shopping. There were 6 of us and plenty of space for everyone to have privacy. About an hour from Gulf Shores.

Perfect home for Daphne Vacation

The home was perfect for our family vacation! It is well appointed for casual times, making meals, and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the main sunken living room with two comfortable sitting areas, and the kitchen with plenty of dishes, etc. for meals. The home is in a friendly neighborhood and is close to shopping and restaurants. Also, we appreciated the property manager, who was quick to respond to questions and help with a small issue we had. So glad we stayed at this home!

Excellent Host and Wonderful Neighborhood

Pam was super quick with all communications and needs. She was unbelievable fast with a new wonderful stove replacement. All appliances are top notch. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. Close to plenty of shopping. We would happily stay here again. WiFi worked great and that is a plus with 3 teenagers.

Wedding party guests and family

We stayed at this property for the weekend of my daughter's wedding. We booked this home because it was close to the wedding venue. Our family, my daughter and her 6 bridesmaids stayed in the home during the weekend. It had plenty of space for everyone. There was an abundance of towels and wash cloths, and everything was clean and just as it was shown in the pictures. The neighbor was friendly, and we had no issues. We enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect place to be before and after such a huge day for us. I would recommend this property to anyone with a larger party that needs the room. We really enjoyed the closed in porch in the back too!

Graduation visit

We traveled to Daphne, Al from Nj and Fl for our daughter’s college graduation. Our group included 2 sets of grandparents and my husband, son and I. The property was perfect for our needs, very spacious, well equipped for our needs, clean and a great location. The owner was easy to communicate with and checked in with us during our stay. The beds were very comfortable! Everything worked out great and allowed us a space to hang out in and celebrate together!

Gorgeous & spacious

Overall very clean, nice and located in a quiet neighborhood. The stove could use an update and the skillets need to be replaced. It would have been nice to have mirrors in the two smaller bedrooms, as well as TVs.

Affinity House

Affinity house definitely lived up to the title it was given. It was a very nice place to stay. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the screened in back porch morning and night. If you are looking for a safe, clean, comfortable place this is it. My family loved the place. The decorations were lovely.

Our Square Dance Square

Eight friends visiting Mobile for a square dance convention. Four days and three nights and we are in our 60's to 70's. The home was perfect for hanging out in the morning or other times to play some games and watch a little TV. Very well stocked with necessary items, towels, coffee, all the kitchen utensils and etc. Our dining room light went out and the host immediately had it fixed that day. A third bathroom, would have been nice but we managed with the two just fine. Beds were very comfortable, we all slept very well, as long as those still awake kept their laughter down. Easily parked our 4 vehicles and it's a very nice area with lots of amenities nearby. Our only other guest suggestion was if a living room light dimmer could be installed. Would definitely use again.

Great accommodations

Beautiful home with lots of space. We had a wedding to attend in Fairhope. Worked out well for our group of friends. Very nice neighborhood also- enjoyed walking and looking at the homes in the area.

This place felt like home from the minute we walked in. We will definitely book this house for any future family gatherings. The owner was very responsive and helpful (I had issues with the lock key system on day one, and she was VERY patient in the resolution).

Great house!

We rented this house for the bride and bridesmaids for my daughter's wedding. It was amazing and perfect for pictures. Lots of beds and the owner even brought us coffee when we contacted her that we were out. Highly recommended!
