"Nice quiet home on a dead end street. Fabulous view from the living room. My husband liked the coffee provided. No creamer or sugar was provided. No tea kettle for making tea, but there was a coffee maker. The house was comfortable. The bedding provided was difficult to find and not adequate to the beds provided. "Unfortunately this was the only property available for us after 3 hours on phone with VRBO, the house is huge! Out in nature, away from it all if your looking for peace & quiet! A hidden gem for sure! Could use a deep cleaning but other than that the beds were comfortable but very high to get into on 2nd floor, kitchen sink has hot water no cold & shower has cold water but no hot so we had to go up or downstairs to shower which would have been a little inconvenient for elderly or challenged...

"We stayed here for five nights. The place was clean and had top-notch kitchen equipment. (Be careful the knives are very sharp!) Although we weren't far from Gulf Shores, the traffic is pretty congested on the weekends. The host was quick to reply to questions although the slow internet wasn't fixed. I would not recommend remote work but streaming on Roku was okay. We're not shoppers but from what I could see, Fairhope has a lot of cute shops for exploring. We did make it over to Foley's outlet...
