"Room is old, no hot water, no hair dryer. No phone in room. Too many stairs. View is not bad but very inconvenient, had to climb up and down for swimming pool and canteen. No one to call when check out, we had to climb up to ask the receptionist to 'zipline' our luggages up. Big suitcases will have issues I guess..."

"Room was ok, bunch of hair in the bed, breakfast was a joke, we ordered it once and never use it again. Front of the property is a mud field in bad condition. Stuff were friendly and helpfull. "

" affordable, Fun little hideaway. Only has 4 rooms, but serves breakfast and dinner. I had the Green Thai curry chicken, so good! And I couldn't finish it all I was so full. Nice staff. The lawn is like a golf course. - the bathroom ceiling had a drip when it rained. Over all I will book it again."

"There is NO airport shuttle at this resort. You're on your own getting there from Dumaguete. Fortunately, it is only a two minute walk from the fast craft port to the hotel. Also, they do not accept credit cards at this hotel. Cash only. Important to know, as there are not many restaurants nearby, other than the one on the property. Enjoyed the stay and open air dining. Nice staff. There is even a scooter rental place nearby."

Overall very friendly, respectful, and accomodating with arranging activities in the area, which is awesome! Ocean Front property, AC works. Beautiful ocean view from the front door of the room. Now for the bad. Loudest hotel and area I've ever seen in a hotel. This has actually been one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Keep mind this wasn't even a weekend. Its a Monday night.
