"This is my second stay here and the property just opened a few weeks now. Everything about this property is perfect. The staff, the location, the cleanliness, the beautiful rooms, the public space and vibe here is just amazing. I can’t remember the English guys name at the check in but he is Ace. Supermarket within feet and lots of restaurants including food truck for authentic food and if you need a McDonald’s fix… right there also. I’ll def return next time I am in town."

"Generally consistent with other Citybox and we had a good time. Very satisfying experience. Environment is nice and love their kitchen facility and is really a plus. Only one suggestion is that maybe they should add a second microwave to reduce the waiting time when there are more people using. Also the lighting at the microwave area is too dark. It is not possible to see the microwave setting and I need to use my phone to light up to see how many min I set for."

"The property itself was not bad but finding parking was horrible. We tried calling the front desk with the number we were given, multiple times with no answer. We drove a loop in the city several times before we found it. It was very hard to see and not marked. It was very frustrating. Once we found parking, we had to cut through doors that were locked, (we had to wait for other tenants to let us into an apartment building that we had to cut through,) and we finally found our way through to...

"Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast friendly staff and convenient for the transport links."

"Staying on a boat was a fun adventure. We were on the 100 level and the room got a little stuffy when the windows were closed. Breakfast was good and there was a nice variety of items. Staff offered to make us a bagged breakfast when they found out we had to leave before 7 am. That was thoughtful."

"Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Good shower. Location was out of the main tourist are but it was easy to get into the main islands with the tram stop just outside of the hotel. Great hotel for the price."

Die Angestellten waren unsicher, wollten von uns einen Reisepass, den man in Europa nicht benötigt. Wir hatten Personalausweise und das Zimmer war vorab bezahlt. Sie baten uns an zu stornieren. Selvst waren sie nicht in der Lage uns zu helfen. Mit dem selbst durchgeführten PreChrckin und dann doch Anruf bei drm Manager ging es. Die Nasszelle, die aks Badezimmef durchging war nicht wirklich...
