**Welcome to the perfect luxury retreat!** This quiet beach home along the ‘California Riviera’ offers the ideal mix of surf, sun, and seclusion.

**Note:** Direct beach access is not guaranteed. Natural conditions may limit or prevent access, and no refunds or credits will be given for lack of access.

**Important:** We have a strict **no pet policy.** No pets allowed on or near the property. Please do not inquire if bringing an animal—no exceptions.

**Guest must sign our rental contract before check-in.** Please refer to it for our cancellation policy.

Located in the exclusive gated Beach Road community, this 3500 sq. ft. home features 4 bedrooms + loft, 3.5 baths, and sleeps up to 12 guests.

The master suite includes a panoramic ocean view, king bed, lounge, Carrera marble bath with jetted tub, and private sunset-view balcony.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, futon, and private bath (sleeps 3). Bedroom 3 features bunk beds (twin + full). Bedroom 4 includes a queen bed and private bath. The loft sleeps 2 in twin beds and has a cozy reading nook.

Family-friendly amenities: pack-n-play, high chair, booster seat. An elevator and shower chair support accessibility needs.

The kitchen, dining area, and living room open to an oceanfront deck with BBQ—ideal for family vacations. Fresh herbs and lemons are available onsite.

Extras include: washer/dryer, flat-screen TVs, cable, Netflix, local phone, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Enjoy beach toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, games, beach towels, sunscreen, and more. The large oceanfront deck is perfect for relaxing, stargazing, and dolphin spotting.

* No parties, excessive noise, or large events—strictly enforced
* **Cleaning Fee:** $200 for excess sand brought into the house. Rinse before entry. Do not use white towels/linens for messes. $20 towel, $50 sheet if damaged.

**Maximum of 4 vehicles allowed per reservation. Passes cannot be rotated or exchanged. All vehicles beyond this limit must be parked outside the community**

Family Wedding Get Away

This was the perfect place to stay for a family wedding. Beautiful beachfront property; awesome views, perfect for relaxing and exploring before and after the big event. Property management communicated clearly throughout the booking process. The first day of our stay the hot water went out. Property management resolved the issue very quickly and checked back the next day to make sure everything was still operating properly.

Beach Road Relaxation

We recently took a short vacation with the kids to soak up some sunshine before winter sets in at home, and it was just what we needed! The house was clean, well-kept, and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The beach right in front of the house was a little rocky, and we had to time our beach visits according to the tides. During high tide, there isn’t beach access, but at low tide, the sandy shore opened up and we could fully enjoy the waves. There was also a sand bar that ran along the length of the beach, which was perfect for the kids to explore and bodyboard without it being too deep. Even our 5-year-old had a blast out in the waves! There was plenty to discover around the area, and the sound of the waves crashing at night made for the perfect, natural white noise—so relaxing! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and definitely hope to return soon!

Beautiful home. I didn’t want to sleep our last night just so I could hear the waves. Beautiful views! Friendly helpful people. Only thing I would change would be repair the lower deck, check HVac and clean grout. We realize there is wear and tear on a rental. We had a great time!!!!!!!!!

Happy, Happy, Happy

6 adults. We relaxed and smiled all day, every day. Stunning water-front home and it is as advertised, except a person needs to be there to really feel how perfect it is. The home has a great layout; the ocean view and sound are priceless; fully stocked everything—everything! We found ourselves sitting on the patio a lot. Walk the shore and get your 10K steps in for the day. Close to the Harbor and San Clemente—walkable if inclined. Costco close. Thank you for making us feel at home.

Amazing winter wheather

Beautiful house,kitchen smaller than pictured . Needed large roasting pan ,sugar,and Landry detergent .Master BR amazing great king bed soft sheets pillows ok,nice jacuzzi tub.All the other Bedrooms just ok,need new mattresses,too soft. Check in process difficult,front door locked instructions great but door didn’t unlock.No response for an hour at 8 pm on Christmas Eve.Front guard gate keeper ,only one was on extremely difficult and rude strictly black and white thinking.The other gate men were helpful and knowledgeable even happy.Lots of wonderful food nearby best Chinese food ever in Ralph’s shopping center Little Asian kitchen?,great pizza at pizza a do-ho .Over all felt over priced Christmas rate,just over 15 thousand for 8 nights,should have gotten a hotel room for 1st night late arrival,just me and took so long to get front door unlocked.Difficulty communicating to management during stay.Would not book again for Christmas

Fantastic home and hosts

Home is very well equipped even having some spices and condiments. Right on the water. At high tide there is no beach at low tide there is. Looks like steps down were damaged in hurricane but still work if you're willing to treat them like a ladder. Large home we had 11 people and it was spread out and open. Fantastic area just to hang out or even better if you have a bicycle. 2 mi from Dana point harbor

Delightful & Peaceful

We really enjoyed this location. It was safe and easy to access. The rental is clean and has all the essentials for a fun few days at the beach. Be sure to check the high low tides for the best times of day to enjoy playing in the ocean. We would recommend and hope to stay here again.

We stayed here for our daughter's wedding, and she was a few doors down, it was perfect and wonderful. Jordon was amazing and helpful every time with a great attitude! The parking and guards were challenging at times. One of the guards was really pretty rude unnecessarily. Multiple people in our group experienced it and commented. Others were ok. We felt if we had an empty spot, we could have someone visit. One of our dear friends left and they told her she didn't have to return her parking pass to keep it and then they wouldn't let us use that spot. I had to go and try to straighten things out. Anyway, that was the only hassle.

Beach Road House

The house served us very well. It’s our annual beach vacation with kids and grandkids. Stepping out of the house onto the beach is a must and this house didn’t disappoint. The only slight negative is the house could use some maintenance. Painting, etc. But we would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Retreat

We had some issues with the auto-lock entry system and could not enter on our arrival. Although Jordan, the property manager, was there in minutes to assist. Anytime I needed anything, Jordan's rapid response was very much appreciated. We were disappointed in the cleaning staff. The master bedroom was obviously vacuumed before we got there, but all the area rugs were left thrown on the bed along with the larger floor fan laying across the bed. Kind of a bummer to walk into this beautiful master bedroom and not have it ready to view with that much wanted wow factor. Also disturbing was the condition of the two balconies. The upstairs balcony off the master had a ashtray full of cigarette butts, in a NON-Smoking Unit (?!?!?). On the lower patio an empty soda can and a Champagne pop-top were left for us to find. The place is beautiful! No Questions. Perfect location. The house can be much improved with some much needed maintenance i.e. exterior paint & rust removal from rails and BBQ. Do not let this review keep you from checking this place out. It's a winner. The cleaning staff needs to be addressed. With the additional cleaning charge we have to pay at time of booking, I expected more. I feel my family left this house cleaner than when we arrived. (other than towels and sheets needing to be laundered). My family thanks you for a wonderful stay. Great memories were created here.

Great Stay!

This home was as described and had an incredible view of the ocean. Had a perfect stay. The house was stocked with every conceivable appliance and abundant dishes/glassware - needed for a large group. The Only noteworthy item is that the house is showing wear due to its location on the water (but we knew it wasn't new). Easy to look past this, all things considered.

Beautiful shore property

Beautiful location right on the shore. The crashing waves provided a musical background for our stay. Beds were plentiful and the upstairs master bedroom was incredibly beautiful. Our only complaint was that some kitchen appliances and devices were dated and/or did not work – the dishwasher, for example, did not work, so we were constantly doing dishes. In regard to check in, it would have been helpful if I had been asked to provide all the guests' names PRIOR to check in. That would have saved last minute hassle.
