"Spacious, modern and clean. We stayed in an upstairs unit which had a nice garden and rural outlook. We were met by the host who provided great tips on things to see and where to eat. We only stayed one night (to see the penguins) and it was very comfortable and good value."

"I loved my stay at the Arthur Phillip Motor Inn! It's clean and only about a 15 minute walk to Cowes. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk away. I had no car but I had no issues going to where I wanted to go as long as I worked around the bus schedules. I was able to see the Penguin Parade, the Seal cruise, Smiths Beach, and the Koala Conservation Reserve. The owner was the nicest guy! "Great 2-night stay at Eugenie’s at Inverloch. Sea view from the large balcony with comfy seats and table. Massive shower / bathroom. Enjoyed the jacuzzi very much. Spotless room. Would have given 5star rating if the sauna was working. Expedia was out of date when it said breakfast was included at Eugenie’s. It didn’t really bother us too much in the end as The Locals served great coffee and breakfast and we loved it. "

"This property is really great, with great room and all the amenities such as cups, milk, tea cattle. They also have someone on property 24/7 which was great as well. Everything was outstanding except they didn’t provide disposable slippers. If they can provide disposable slippers that would be great as well. Otherwise everything else was provided including Iron and iron stand. Every room has their designated parking space so no issues for parking at all."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos, which was a great relief after a long travel day. The location was perfect — an easy walk into town for food and drinks, and just a short stroll to the beach. Super convenient and made our stay really relaxing. Would happily stay again!"

"The room was surprisingly large and spacious with a separate bedroom and bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and good quality bedding. The bathroom clean and modern with good water pressure. The grounds are like a nature reserve with a myriad of wildlife which really makes feel like your on a country getaway. It was my 2nd stay at Banksia and I will return again. "
