Excessive trash (including extra bags that exceed bin capacity, party/event waste, bulk items, or any garbage requiring additional disposal trips) will incur an additional waste removal fee based on the actual cost of disposal. If a third-party trash removal service is required, a minimum of $150 service fee will apply. An invoice will always be provided for any third-party waste removal service.
