Important Guest Notes:
• Parking Tags: The 2 parking hang tags are located in the garage lockbox and must be displayed on your vehicle`s rearview mirror.
• Locked / Storage Areas: Extra linens, pillows, batteries, and supplies are stored across the apartment and bathroom closets. Specific maintenance and utility areas—including the bunk room`s outside balcony (where the Wi-Fi modem is kept)—remain locked.

We respect your privacy and give you full space to enjoy your stay! Self check-in is seamless via keyless entry, with detailed instructions provided prior to arrival.

IMPORTANT POLICIES & GUIDANCE

• ACCESSIBILITY:
- ADA-accessible 2nd-floor apartment layout with elevator access throughout the building.

• PARKING INSTRUCTIONS & TOWING WARNING:
- Parking can be tricky—please watch and follow our step-by-step instructional video provided prior to arrival.
- 2 parking hang tags are provided in Lockbox #1 (located in visitor parking garage). Each vehicle parked inside the gated garage MUST display a hang tag on the rearview mirror at all times.
- Visitor Parking: Any additional vehicles or visitors must park on the 1st floor of the garage to the right before the gate.
- Visitor Registration: All visitor vehicles must be registered online at R2Park. prior to parking (instructions posted in garage).
- Towing Policy: Unregistered vehicles or missing hang tags risk towing at the vehicle owner`s expense (~$290 fee).

• FOBS, KEYS & HANG TAG FEES:
- Lost or unreturned parking hang tags, physical keys, or building access fobs incur a $50 replacement fee per missing item.

• TRASH & VALET PROTOCOL:
- Place trash cans outside your front door daily between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Please bring empty cans back inside by 9:00 AM.
- Large cardboard boxes must be broken down and brought to the basement garage dumpsters (not left in the hallway).

• COFFEE & AMENITIES:
- Dual coffee maker provided (Keurig with K-Cups supplied; drip pot available—please bring your own grounds).
- Smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms (guests log into their own streaming accounts).
- First Aid Kit, flashlights, and fire extinguisher are located under the kitchen sink.
- Exterior Ring camera installed at front entrance for safety.

• HOUSE RULES & PET POLICY:
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM strictly enforced.
- Pets: 1 dog allowed (50 lbs or under) with a $70 pet fee.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES & POLICIES

• PET POLICY:
- Dogs only (1 dog maximum, strictly 50 lbs or under).
- A $70 pet fee applies to all approved pet stays.

• REPLACEMENT FEES:
- A $50 replacement fee per item will be charged for any lost, damaged, or unreturned building fobs, physical keys, or parking hang tags.

• PARKING & VEHICLE REGISTRATION:
- 2 parking hang tags are located in Lockbox #1 (in the visitor garage). Each vehicle parked inside the gated garage MUST display a hang tag from the rearview mirror at all times.
- Visitor Parking: All visitor vehicles must park on the 1st floor to the right before the gate.
- Visitor Registration: All visitor vehicles MUST be registered online at R2Park. prior to parking (registration signs are also posted in the garage).
- Towing Warning: Failure to display a hang tag or register a visitor vehicle may result in towing at the vehicle owner`s expense (~$290 fee).

• TRASH & VALET PROTOCOL:
- Daily Trash Pickup: Place trash cans outside your front door between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM for valet collection.
- Please bring empty trash cans back inside the apartment by 9:00 AM after collection.
- Cardboard & Large Packaging: Do NOT leave oversized packaging or cardboard boxes outside the unit. Large boxes must be broken down and placed directly in the dumpsters located on the basement level of the parking garage.

• BUILDING ACCESS & LOCKED AREAS:
- Building access requires the key fob located in Lockbox #1.
- Specific utility areas, maintenance spaces, storage closets, and the bunk room`s outside balcony remain locked for operational purposes and require physical key access.
