This apartment look like someone lived in on a regular basis and left for the day. It was very poorly belt and low end amenities. You could not park in the gated community You had to park your Vehicle in an alley next to a store that was barred up I would not recommend this location to anyone I ended up booking a different place to say it was very unsafe atmosphere after dark

The unit is aesthetically pleasing, despite its location in a less affluent neighborhood. While I initially disregarded this aspect due to a sense of safety, the neighbors adjacent to the unit engaged in loud music and arguments that extended into the parking space adjacent to the bedroom window until 12:00 AM. This unexpected disturbance was likely a one-time occurrence, but it has led me to reconsider my decision to remain in this location in the future.

Overall, great stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the enclosed parking lot for added security, as well as the seamless Check-in process.

The outside of the rental property was appealing, with the room situated close to the back parking lot, which appeared to be quite safe. Inside, the space was tidy, cozy, roomy, well-maintained, and nicely adorned.

Never used any sort of service like this so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Everything was exactly like it was pictured. There weren't really any surprises here. It was a rather nice place. I'd recommend it for any couple or small group of friends. The floor is definitely a bit squeaky in some areas, but other than that I don't have any other complaints.

Convenient clean apartment near downtown

Nicely remodeled older apartment, clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. The bathroom and shower are nice. The parking lot has bright street lights which keep the bedroom pretty light at night. The walls between the apartments are not sound proof. The neighborhood is in transition from run down to being cleaned up, so I’d say it’s about half sketch. The fenced parking lot provides a degree of confidence that your vehicle won’t be vandalized. It was a nice option for my trip, close to downtown and lower Greenville.

MAJOR misrepresentation of the area. Please go back to the March 2025 review submitted for this property. It was almost identical to my brief (10 min) stay at thus East Dallas property. I was in town to visit family. I read the reviews and reviewed the pictures and I was impressed. I was not expecting much other than a clean place to stay as I would not be spending much time at the rental. The pictures of the inside were accurate. It smelled of a freshly cleaned unit. However, it seemed like someone could have been trying to cover up something. There were open food containers in the cabinet that should have been refrigerated and there was mildew under the sink. However, that was not what deterred my stay. Upon arriving to the property. The outside was nothing like the photos. When we pulled up there was a woman trying to enter the secured lot. We drove away and came back but when the gate opened she was back and followed us in. (Not secure) There was no space marked for the unit we were in so we exited and drove to the other parking lot. We drove up an alley and 2 gentleman were conversing. There was an exchange of some kind. At this point, I was feeling unsettled but went into lot to regroup. He also followed us in the gate. Just outside the unit there was a woman parked in a car. She was staring at us and accused us of filming her, which we were not doing. I find the positive reviews on this rental extremely hard to believe.
