Our home is newly remodeled and very spacious, suited for medium-large family/group and business gatherings in a modest neighborhood near Dallas Love Field Airport, Uptown Dallas, and the Medical District (UTSW and Parkland). We have several bedrooms, TVs, private bathrooms, and complimentary tea/coffee. Also included is an inviting outdoor lounging area with a putting green, outdoor games, grill, soccer goal, FIFA vibes, and fire pit.

Perfect Home Base

We stayed before and after our daughter's wedding with immediate family members at the house. The house has just minutes from the airport, hotels, church wedding, rehearsal dinner and reception making it the ideal location to meet and relax between activities. The outdoor games and BBQ, spacious kitchen, large dining area and entertainment area allowed food to be prepared, and family/friends to eat, meet and visit.

This was a great place if you’re looking for a place to accommodate a big group! A lot of us came in for the A&M Arkansas game and it was great! Communication with the host was awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Stayed for a few days for a conference. The place was clean, very spacious and convinient. We rented a car and so was able to get around very easily, but we saw that the train isn't very far. Host was very responsive and the check in and check out process was easy.

Beautifully remodeled older home

We stayed here for a couple nights to be near DAL airport. It was very convenient to restaurants and the airport and even downtown. The inside of the house is very nicely remodeled and cozy.

Family Getaway

First Responders Bowl @ SMU

Our family if 10 stayed comfortably for the First Responders Bowl on Dec. 25/26 for two nights...the house was big and clean and was perfect for our big family to all stay together...plenty of beds whereas there is room for at least 20 to sleep in 5 seperate bedrooms. Only thing is the neighborhood is just south of Love Field, and the neighborhhood leaves much to be desired...we had no issues though, and the owners were very attentive to our needs...we would stay again if in the area...

Great location and lots of beds!

My sisters and I go on an annual sisters trip once per year. We have been all over the USA! We decided Dallas & Fort Worth area. The house has plenty of parking, many bedrooms and bed to accommodate our group. The backyard was a great decorated space with lots of FUN! Easy access to the airport along with downtown Dallas and about 40 min drive to Fort Worth. Kitchen was large and the big dining table was great. If you have a large group of people this is the place for you.

Awesome and quite surprising

It was no doubt one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. My soccer team had flown in from Connecticut to play against a local Dallas team and we were able to invite a couple of friends and I was able to accommodate some of my family that lives there. Very spacious. Since it had rained, we were able to keep everyone inside and we all had a wonderful time. No issues at all. The neighbors were awesome. Shout out to Guadalupe

Loved the house

This property was perfect for our stay. There are lots of beds to choose and the house was great. It was a perfect location to commute to the Dallas Market and downtown! The owner had great communication and I would recommend this house to everyone!

Great stay for our family!

We came up to visit family and this house was perfect for our needs! Everyone had space and we loved that the house was 1 story, since we have a kiddo that recently started walking. Our backyard area was a hit with our kids! We had everything we needed, and would definitely rent again!

Youth Trip

We took our a youth group to a conference at DBU. The house was very spacious and was able to accommodate the large group we had. The outdoor space was nice and enjoyed the hanging out there. We had a group of 25 people and all of us fit comfortably we had no problems at all. The check in and check out process was easy and the host was very responsive!

A Restful Gathering Place for You and Everyone Else :)

We were a group of 20 college students spending the night in Dallas after our international flight landed. Most properties would be crammed with that number of people, but we were able to split up bedrooms for men and women, and still have plenty of space to really rest after a chaotic travel day. Evan and his wife are also great hosts, very communicative and helpful throughout the planning process, which was tough for a group this big -- they're a blessing and I would recommend any large group to stay here!

Amazing, spacious, homey

We were a group meeting up and then returning from a mission trip in Costa Rica. This property provided us with not only the space to sleep, but to gather, share meals, play, and rest. We were so grateful to Evan for his high level of communication and willingness to be flexible with our group, as there were 20 of us! I would definitely recommend to any large group looking to gather together in Dallas! Five stars across the board!

Great for Retreat

We used the property for our short staff retreat for our team. House accommodations were perfect for our team - bedding, bath, meeting space and even some relax areas. Only downside is the neighborhood isn’t great but we never felt unsafe or anything like that. Easy location for access to Love Field or downtown Dallas

Awesome Dallas Family Getaway

For starters, this property exceeded our expectations. When we arrived, we did not expect the space that we received! There were 10 adults and 6 kids that had the privilege of sharing this space and it was enough for all of us comfortably. Now to the kitchen and spices…… for a SOUTHERN family, the kitchen, ANYWHERE, is home! We cooked daily and the spice rack assisted us everyday in our cooking process! Now, the backyard was MY PARADISE! It was so peaceful because though we had close neighbors, the noise level was never too much for our BIG GROUP! The kids played corn hole and golf daily! Our last night there was a little cool…… which means we definitely lit the fire! It was great. We BBQ’d and Evan had everything there that we needed for the grill. This experience was good for our family. We were only about an hour away from The Wingate Casino resort in OK, which was one of the “adult” getaways for us. Also the trip there was easy (straight way). The only hiccup we had was an unwanted guest in the neighborhood that continued to ask us for help. Of course we initially tried to help but after hours of trying to rationalize with the loner, we had to take other action to have him removed from our surroundings. Once he left, we were back to the fun! I spoke with Evan the day of the incident and he assured me that it was out of the norm for the neighborhood and he continued to speak with me to ensure that our stay remained pleasing. AND IT DID! Overall, this trip was great and I am so glad that we chose Evan’s property to have our Spring Break family getaway. If we are ever planning another trip to Dallas, we will reach out to Evan first!!!!

So many amenities!

Everything you could possibly need is available. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. We stayed here with several families for a high school girls basketball tournament. Every single family was more than pleased with their accommodations. We had a blast playing corn hole and jenga in the backyard and even had a fire as they supplied firewood! We have several more tournaments and hope to stay at this location again.
