Other Things to Note:
Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.
Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:
1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.
2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8
3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)
4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.
Pets are allowed based on their size; please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to avoid any potential cancellation. An additional cleaning fee applies per pet, as follows:
- For stays of 1 to 4 nights: $25 per night per pet
- For stays of 5 to 29 nights: $200 per pet
- For stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per pet
Please be aware that the company is not responsible for building maintenance or repairs.
Guest verification before check-in is required.
To meet legal requirements and ensure property security, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, complete our verification portal, and, in some cases, undergo a background check. Rest assured that this information is used solely for screening purposes and is not stored or used for any other reason.
All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By booking, you agree to:
- Follow our rental terms and conditions.
- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
- Complete a background check if requested by the property management or owner, as specified in the rental agreement and booking terms.
- Finish our verification process to receive check-in instructions.
Guests must provide the required information within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.
Please note: Surveillance cameras are installed in the hallways for security purposes, and a Minut device is in place in the unit to monitor noise levels.
