Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in, in accordance with the Building Parking Policy.



Examples of vehicles that will not be permitted include:



1. Vehicles with breathalyzer systems, makeshift or unsafe controls, or faulty brakes.

2. Large Vehicles – including sprinter vans, extended economy vans, vehicles with 10 or more passengers, or any vehicle exceeding the 6'8" height limit.

3. Dually trucks or service vehicles – those with very wide wheels, lockers, or containers (these are too difficult to maneuver in the garage).

4. Vehicles with after-market lifts or oversized custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles that do not have car-type controls.



Pets are allowed depending on their size. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to avoid any cancellation. An additional cleaning fee applies for pets:



- 1-4 night stays: $35 per night, per pet

- 5-29 night stays: $250 per pet

- 30+ night stays: $400 per pet



Please note that the company is not responsible for any maintenance or repairs within the building.



Guest verification before arrival is required.



To comply with legal requirements and ensure the security of the property, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete our verification process, and, in some cases, undergo a background check.



This information will be used only for screening and verification and will not be stored or used for any other purposes.



All guests must sign a rental usage agreement outlining the terms of your stay. By making a reservation, you agree to:



- Follow our rental terms and conditions.

- Provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.

- Complete a background check if required by the property management or owner, as specified in your rental agreement.

- Understand that check-in instructions will be provided after completing the verification process.



All required information must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. For same-day bookings, this information must be provided within 1 hour. Reservations that do not meet our verification requirements may be canceled.



Note:

Surveillance cameras are located in the hallways for security, and a Minut device is installed in the unit to monitor noise levels.



Every reservation carries a $49 damage protection charge covering accidental damages up to $150.
