Guest verification before your stay is necessary to comply with legal requirements and ensure property security. This may include providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, using our verification portal, and in some cases, undergoing a background check. Please note that this information is only used for screening purposes and is not retained or utilized for any other reasons. Additionally, all guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay, which includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions, providing a valid ID before check-in, potentially undergoing a background check as required, and completing our verification portal to receive check-in instructions.



All guests must provide necessary information within 24 hours of booking, or within 1 hour for same-day bookings. Reservations that do not meet our verification criteria may be subject to cancellation. Please be aware that hallway surveillance cameras are in place for security, and a Minut device is installed in the unit to monitor noise levels.



A $69 Damage Protection Program applies to your stay and protects against accidental damages up to $150.



Please note that garage parking is available for an additional $20 per day for reservations that are 1-7 nights and a fixed $150 for reservations more than 7 nights. Guests must register their vehicle every 24hrs to prevent towing. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation, and trucks are not allowed in the garage.



Trash Collection Schedule

•Tuesday (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM): Trash bins will be moved to the curb for collection.

•Wednesday (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM): Trash bins will be returned to the garage.



Our team will need to access the garage during these times to move the bins. Before entering, a team member will knock three times to announce their arrival.
