•⁠ ⁠Pool is NOT heated
•⁠ ⁠Pool is not gated or fenced
•⁠ ⁠Use pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
•⁠ ⁠If children are part of your group, they must know how to swim and must be supervised by an adult at ALL times while using or near the pool.
•⁠ ⁠Supervise children wherever they could find water. Children can drown in as little as an inch of water.
•⁠ ⁠No one should swim alone — this includes adults.
•⁠ ⁠Designate an adult to actively watch children during pool use. For larger groups, rotate supervision and clearly identify the responsible adult (e.g., with a shirt, hat, or badge) to avoid distractions.
•⁠ ⁠No food, drinks, or glass inside the pool.
•⁠ ⁠No running, pushing, or dangerous horseplay around the pool.


Also note:

* A pool technician comes once a week to clean the pool and check chemical levels.
* Pest control service comes once a month to spray the surrounding areas.
* Yard maintenance and garbage collection service come once a week.
They will not interrupt your stay but may be on the grounds for about 30 minutes during the week for routine maintenance.

* The gas for living room fireplace has been capped off because of safety reasons

* Agree to House Rules: Confirming a reservation indicates that the house rules have been read and acknowledged.

Our family had an amazing time here. Beautiful home and a well equipped kitchen. Great location and pretty neighborhood. Communication with the host was very responsive and checking in and out was easy. We will definitely book here again!!!!!

Wonderful property!

I have nothing but great things to say about this home. The house is easy to access, close to everything you can imagine and well equipped for an easy fun stay. Beds are comfy, air conditioning works amazing, floor plan is great and outdoor area is perfect for entertaining.

We were very pleased with this house. It was both attractive, clean, well stocked with necessities, and perfect location for us. It had an amazing kitchen area. The owner was very attentive to any questions we had.

Perfect family get-away!

Great communication from Ash and quick response to any and all questions! Loved the house…super clean and loved the decor. Beds super comfortable and kitchen well stocked for anything we needed. We had a family gathering for Easter and old and young alike loved the property! The pool was awesome and so many fun activities for all ages to enjoy! Will definitely be back!

Luxury Stay

My family and I traveled to Dallas for my daughters bday. The stay was perfect. Ash had the property so clean and the decor was amazing. I had about 8 people that stayed and we were very comfortable and there was more than enough space. My family enjoyed the pool. Overall it was a great stay and I wouldn’t have changed a thing about our stay. I would definitely stay here again if I were to stay in Dallas.

Dissapointed

Overall grimy, a dirty film over the whole house. Shower curtain dirty with vomit and blood stains should have been replaced. Throw blanket in family room smelled like vomit and we had to wash before using it. Lacked basic cleaning supplies and ran out of trash bags. Pool filthy. We paid for pool heating to start the day before our stay. Heater not working. Pool guy came out and he was great!

wish it would have been as expected

Very nice neighborhood, easy to get to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Decorated very nice but unfortunately it was not as clean as it should have been. Sticky floors, dirty shower area, trash missed that was on the floor. Host did try to remedy some things but after messaging a few times with more issues it was just enough for both of us. Air conditioning did not work well in the master bedroom or bathroom, trash overflowing to the outside cans.

Disappointing

This stay was disappointing and it's a shame because the location does have potential if it had the promised working amenities. We booked this location specifically for the pool and even mentioned that when booking. Unfortunately the pool was unusable. Murky, green, and full of algae, nothing like the crystal clear blue inviting photos in the listing. We were told it had just been shocked hours before we arrived, which is not guest-ready. Host did attempt to remedy by sending a pool tech out the next day, only to confirm it wouldn’t be usable during our stay. Anyone who’s been to Texas in July knows a pool isn’t a nice-to-have, it’s an essential amenity if offered at a vrbo property. Not having access to the one amenity we came for really affected our stay. After some communication with the host, we received a small refund. However, given the significance of the issue and how much it impacted our stay (we had to spend some of the weekend off-site due to this) we felt the resolution didn’t fully reflect the inconvenience we experienced.

Wonderful Stay

This property was absolutely amazing. Because of the weather, I didn't get the chance to make use of the beautiful outdoor pool, but all the amenities were just perfect for my stay. Communication with Ash couldn't have been better. Ash was super communicative and responsive and very easy to work with. This was a birthday getaway for me and me and my partner stayed and hosted a small dinner with friends one evening of the stay. They adored the space and the delicious dinner that I was able to prepare in the kitchen. All things were great from start to finish. I highly recommend this rental and can see myself returning in the future.
