Luxury Home Sleeps 20 with Heated Pool & Billiard

Enjoy this spacious luxury home centrally located close to downtown Dallas, Plano, Richardson and Addison. that is a perfect for any groups to enjoy and relax. It features a swimming pool that can be heated upon request ($150/night minimum 2 nights), outdoor BBQ and dining area, game room with pool table for your entertainment. It also smart TVs in many rooms with Netflix, Hulu, HBOMAX, WiFi and premium beddings! We also provide fully stocked coffee bar, linens, towels, tableware, & toiletries.

This spacious home has 4 bedrooms plus 1 garage converted bedroom with HVAC and 3 full size bathrooms. It has many beds that can sleep up to 20 people. This is a one story home. It also has a game room with a pool table for entertainment and outdoor pool and BBQ dining area for those that want to lounge and relax. The swimming pool can be heated during the cold months with an addional fee of $150/night (2 nights minimum).

Listing needs to be updated

Nice property, nice area, but the listing called for room for 6 cars to park, 2 in the front, 2 in the garage, and 2 in front of the garage. The garage is now a bedroom. There was supposed to have been a 5th bed in the converted bedroom, there was not. Other than that it was a great stay it is close to stores if you need anything in a pinch. House is beautiful and is in good shape.

Great for a group, could use some additional amenities

Overall, we had a very good stay. The check-in process was straightforward, the property is nice and clean, the neighborhood is safe and nice to walk/run around. We appreciated that the dining table was big enough to accommodate our group and that the living room had super comfy couches that fit a lot of people. What we were frustrated about, however, was that there were absolutely zero spices/salt/pepper/oil and the kitchen was missing lots of pretty basic equipment, such as a whisk, a full set of measuring cups, a mixing bowl, a cheese grater, a cutting board big enough to cut more than a lime, grill tools…. We ended up going to Target and buying all this stuff and then sending it home with one of the guests who had driven in. I would definitely recommend that the hosts invest in these items - it would take a good property and make it great. In addition, we didn’t find the mattresses very comfortable, though that is pretty subjective.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday weekend at this location. The pool table, the pool, and the big dining room table were definitely the best parts. We didn’t have WiFi the first night but by morning it was straightened out. The house is nicely updated, clean, and showed no sign of bugs, except mosquitoes by the pool. That is just evenings in Texas. The parking situation is tight and 6 cars is really the max. The advertising said sleeps 20 but they changed it to 14 after we booked. That felt like bait and switch when we found out.

Quick review

We were a group of 13, 7 teenage girls and 6 adults. We were in town from Tuesday till Sunday. Check in was easy, host communicated throughout entire stay and was easy to work with. House was perfect for a group this size, had plenty of towels and linens. Pictures are a correct impression of the house, would stay there again .

This is definitely my dream house!

This was an incredible stay. The house is in a great location, beautifully designed, specious, quiet environment, spotless warm host with lot of accomodating and they runs it better than most high quality hotels. They has put a lot of thought into giving their guests the best stay possible.The kids love heated pool so much, they never thought they could swim during winter season. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Home for Large Family

Loved this home for our 3 day weekend stay, we had 8 adults there are plenty of beds, and room to enjoy. Quiet neighborhood, clean space. All the guys played billiards anytime there was extra time. Nice swimming pool and outside space also.
