"Yotel EDI is located just on the outskirts of the new city part. Its about 20-25 min walk into the old part (Royal Mile etc), but is incredibly close to the shops (Princes St). There is a Tesco Express, Greggs & Costa all within 3-5 min walk from the hotel for inexpensive breakfast or snack options. However, the hotel breakfast is good value and freshly restocked. "Friendly greeting. Lovely room, spotlessly clean. Plenty of lifts to get to floors. Bar staff chatty and approachable great choice of drinks and food . Fast with both. Free parking (what a bonus) bus stops just around the corner although taxis were quicker to get into Edinburgh town. Would highly recommend and use again. Loved Scotland!!!"

"The single bed may feel small for some larger people, or those that are used to a double bed. Comfortable enough for me though. Room was spotless, very comfortable and the shower was probably the best I've had in a hotel. I had to leave early, so didn't experience breakfast, but will try on my return journey. "
