"What a beautiful home right on the lake. Views are fabulous with lots of comfortable relaxing areas. Boat dock is great for fishing or swimming! This house is as charming inside as outside. "My husband I stayed four nights in May 2024. The property is really nice. The deck has great views of the sunrise and the hammock swing is so relaxing to sit in and read a book. The house is clean, comfortable and has everything you need and more. There are kayaks, a paddle board, indoor and outdoor games. One afternoon it was raining so we played monopoly which was fun! I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family and I hope to return again someday."

"Wonderful...country...lake and quiet! Enjoyed our relaxation get-a-way time! Did some fishing but mother nature wasn't to kind with the weather. We didn't get to see one of their famous sunsets.The hosts were awesome. Very attentive to every detail and the above and beyond personal touches made us feel right at home there. We even bought one of Frank's unique one-of-a-kind wood working creations as a souvenier of our trip. Thank you Frank and Linda for a wonderful weekend!"

"The property is right on the water. Everything that they advertise is true. My husband and I kayak and there a was a nice spot by the house that was perfect for getting n the water. Everything in the house was nice. It’s a quiet neighborhood. You do have to travel down red dirt roads to get to property. "What a cute cabin nestled in the East Texas woods. You have complete privacy and it is so quiet you can hear the birds and the crickets. We loved the decoration amd set up of the cabin. Plenty of room for 2 people and your pups. We could hear the creek on the property and it just added to the ambiance. We were very happy with everything!!"

"The views are amazing. Seeing the dear in the morning and evening was awesome. The house is spacious and comfortable, we felt right at home. "We booked the home to take in the Eclipse. We really enjoyed the stay. The extra little touches were very nice and welcoming. The home was very clean, linens and beds were very comfortable. We would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful lakefront view. We recommend installing a handrail to the steps. We reached out to property contact via phone (left vm) and email to see if we could arrive a little early. I never received a callback or an email response."

"We rented the house for a fishing trip on pines. Good location and close to a boat ramp. Getting three extended cab trucks and 21’ boats in the driveway was a bit challenging but can be done. Great place for a group of 6 fisherman. Was clean and well equipped."

"Just perfect! This clean, roomy, beautiful lake house had everything we needed and more. Every area was comfortable and cozy, the kitchen was well stocked, and everything from the shades to the hot tub to the kitchen appliances were high tech and easy to use.
