The Kitchen is fully fitted with the latest appliances and kitchenware. Stocked with water, tea, coffee and snacks for your arrival. With an additional back wet kitchen plus laundry room for ultimate convenience.

A wrap around ground floor covered terrace overlooks the 30 foot private swimming pool and neighbouring golf course. You can hear the ocean from the patio, as you are just a 2 minute walk to the private beach front.

And when you want to escape, enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the master bedroom balcony, overlooking the Greg Norman designed golf course.

The house is designed with multiple families, couples or groups in mind – comfortably accommodating 10 people in comfortable beds – Upstairs a kingbed master bedroom with balcony, and a luxurious bathroom. On the same level is bedroom #2 - a 4 x single bed family bedroom – ideal for multiple children or family groups, comprising two single beds and two full size single trundle beds – and another private bathroom.

On the ground floor the third bedroom is actually another master sized bedroom with queen bed, overlooking and opening out onto the private swimming pool; sharing a bathroom with the 4th bedroom complete with queen bed.

The Villa offers 700m2 (7000 sqft) of exclusive living space with 4 large bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms. The golden beach front and clear blue water is 2 minutes walk away, accessed from within the community. This is also a private gated community with security on-site 24/7.

Our Villa Management team will look after all your needs throughout your stay, and can be contacted at any time. We offer easy and flexible check ins to accommodate your arrival and departure, Maid service every 3 days, and an option for Daily Maid service (At an additional daily charge) if that would increase your relaxation and comfort. We can also help with cost effective and reliable airport pick ups and any added convenience items – from a stocked pantry to a private driver or housekeeper for the duration of your stay - we can help arrange anything to make your stay more comfortable; just let us know.
