Huynh, Phuong, Nhi and Tuyet are always friendly and helpful - even remember how I like my steaks and eggs for breakfast after first day! Chef Phuc and Huy are great - waking up at 6:30am for their breakfast buffet is truly a treat. And so many members of the team that I don’t have space to acknowledge. "The hotel area was beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately, the pool was very dirty and, as far as we could tell, wasn’t cleaned at all during our entire stay. Nevertheless, it is a very lovely hotel right by the beach, with a potentially fantastic large pool and great rooms. Visitors should be aware that the hotel is frequently used for external events (for example, corporate events on the beach), which can lead to disruptions for guests."

"Room was cleaned well. The view from our room was excellent. Definitely a problem with staff speaking English. We went to the pool but couldn't use it because it was too packed. We got a voucher of 150000 VND per day for Han restaurant, but this was restricting and we didn't use all the vouchers. It would have been better to make it more flexible. The front of the property was nightmare with cars. overall experience was very good."
