"When we checked in, they said that they always have hot water. That was a complete lie. And they said the heater in the room worked, but it only goes up to a level five and it was not warm enough. Other hotels had bottles of water for free in your room. This one did not."

"Not worth the price. Shower is not situated properly without flooding the floor. Did not know the water had flooded the floor and stepped out and almost fell. Dangerous for someone not aware."

"Excellent hotel, it had everything we needed, breakfast was lovely, the staff were very friendly and helpful, had airport transfers, the room was lovely and beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again."
