Other Things to Note
The ground floor is fully accessible, with a portable ramp available on request for deck and home entry. Please note, the upstairs level is stair-access only. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, outdoor kitchen, pool, and alfresco dining are all located downstairs.

A motion-sensor alarm system is installed with three non-recording sensors, deactivated during your stay.

A front door intercom connects to the upstairs console, acting like a peephole—no recording or surveillance involved.
