"There was no rooms available and I said no problem. They took me to another place where it was not clean at all, sheets and pillows were dirty. No shampoo or soap "

"Internet wasn’t working."

"La désinvolture et mauvais comportement du réceptionniste. Pour un grand hôtel nous avons dû porter nos valises. Pas de communication. "The property charged like 5 stars, but our glamp from inside was in poor condition, curtains rails were ripped, the sofa chair was broken so when i sat on it i fell down. The quality of bedding was poor quality, overall i did not like the property condition compared to what they charged me. The staff however was very courteous. "
