This Ecuador Luxury Furnished City View Condo with Parking is located in a safe upscale modern construction. The unit is located walking distance from Downtown Cuenca and the historical district. There is a lot of shopping around the area and easy access to all the restaurant and other entertainment in the downtown area.

This Luxury Furnished City View Condo in Cuenca Ecuador is located in a new building called Edificio Mediterraneo Apartment #5, located at Juan de Salinas 1-48 entre Luis Cordero y Miguel Cordero Crespo. It is two story unit, 2 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms with a large living area downstairs. The bedrooms are both upstairs with a large living area between them. That living area can also be converted to a sleeping area.

The floors are all wood flooring with matching tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. All finishing and fixtures are high quality. There are also two separate patios one next to the kitchen and the other next to the living areas with views of downtown and the mountains. The living area is just shy of 1400 square feet.

This is a all inclusive unit no extras charge.

Lovely Place!

This is a very comfortable space with all the amenities. They pretty much thought of all the guests' needs including bottled water, soap, cooking utensils, extra towels, and extra pillows. It offers a great view of central Cuenca with the cupolas of the Cathedral and is only a 10-15 minute walk from the central Cuenca. There are lots of places to get prepared food and smaller stores to get basic needs like milk and water. The balconies are very nice to use. We did have some problems with the internet during our first few days, which was stressful since we both work remotely. Lourdes was very responsive to our situation and to any questions that we had. The building elevator was under repair during most of the time that we were there. It wasn't a big deal as we only had to walk two floors up. However, if you really need an elevator, you should check that there won't be repairs needed.

Well appointed place and very comfortable.

I loved saying here, so I stayed for 2 months. Lourdes made it really comfortable. She really went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place.

Great home away from home

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo. We did not use the second bedroom at all but did use all the other spaces. We cooked many meals there during our one month stay; the kitchen had a good supply of dishes, cookware and storage containers. We ended many evenings watching Netflix or Prime TV. Most mornings we enjoyed coffee in the living room area. The location is perfect - we walked daily to the old city center as well as along the Tomebamba river. Two supermarkets are within walking distance (and a $2.00 cab ride home). Cabs were easy to flag from the main street just off the condo's street. We enjoyed the residential area and the security features of this property as well as the excellent view of the city. Lourdes, the manager, was very responsive to our couple of queries. She also agreed to let us leave our packed luggage there until later in the day on our checkout date since we had a late flight out of the city. All in all this was a great VRBO find.
