"There is usually a notebook that provides information about the property and there was none here. I couldn't understand how to operate the heating system and could not take the chill off the rental in the morning. We also had difficulty finding the password for the WiFi. Discovered it was upside down in very small print on the router. Also, the living room door screen to the patio was inoperable and we had to exit through the bedroom door. "We had our son and daughter, their spouses and kids. I really liked how the layout of the house allowed each family to have their own private section while the living rooms and kitchen allowed for great interaction. We never felt crowded. The ping pong was a hit though we did have to buy paddles due to the poor condition of those on the property. We also purchased repair kits for the pool cues that were broken so we could all play. "We love the Tonto house. The fully fenced yard is great for dogs. We play pool, you can grill, watch a movie, badmiton, volleyball and cornhole. There are other games too. The house is always clean and inviting. The views are spectacular. We often see deer on out the kitchen and dining windows. The porch has super comfy couch and chairs for all. If it's cool there is a gas firepit outside too. This house is our peaceful getaway!"

"This cottage was so stinkin' cute!! The decor is so whimsical and fun! My daughters LOVED all the hidden gems around the house; like the secret playroom and nook under the stairs. We roasted s'mores outside at the fire pit and the neighbors were so nice to provide roasting sticks for us! It felt so magical to stay here! Short drive to Tonto Natural Bridge and Verde River. We will definitely be back!"
