The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer.

Visited in last week of December 2025. Mark was very helpful and quick to respond. The location is amazing. Great view of the ocean.
