    Increíble comodidad y un entorno elegante en este gran condominio frente al mar. Balcón privado con vistas a la arena y el agua y tiene una terraza privada con acceso directo a las olas rompiendo. Condominio totalmente equipado que requiere que solo dejes tus maletas y salgas y te diviertas. Complejo privado íntimo cerrado de solo 20 unidades. The location of the condo is excellent. Right next to Mar Chiquita and a great jumping off point to explore the rest of the area. The balcony provides beautiful views and the rocking chairs are nice to relax in. The little yard out front is a fun place to hang out in. The bed in the primary is super comfortable, and the mini splits are quiet and keep the place comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Great property with private beach. I was often the only person out there! House was clean and complex was quiet. The pool is a plus especially since the beach is non-swimmable due to the karst formations. Take time to discover all sorts of mini ocean life living in the pools created by the karst. Great place!

Host responded almost immediately with any questions we had. The apartment was better than expected and so was the view and location. I was in awe when I looked out the window. I would definitely stay here again. There are crabs and lizards to watch to keep you busy if you like wildlife. The waves are soothing and you're so close you can hear them with the windows closed. Everything you need is in the apartment and the beds are sooo comfortable.

Such a great location for our needs. Quiet, clean, well kept, easy to get to. AMAZING views. Lovely private garden area just steps away from the beach. Owners quick to respond. Lilly, the apt manager was so helpful and accommodating. Will 100% stay here again.

We stayed at this location in January 2026 and truly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and we did not have any issues with checking in or checking out. The apartment manager was very responsive to us. The beach was practically empty so if you are looking to find a quiet spot, this is perfect for you. We found a few local spots to eat and drink that were very good and very reasonably priced. We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this location.

We loved the direct beach access and outdoor shower to clean up afterwards. The views and sound of the surf from the rocking chairs on the balcony are amazing (all the pleasure and none of the sand)! The condo itself was very clean, had great temperature control and comfortable beds. Tips: we found it easier to walk the short distance to Mar Chiquita via the street as the beach sand is quite deep. There are several food trucks at the beach if you don’t feel like going out for lunch/dinner.

Great place with direct beach access

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio with the ocean view; it is shaded so very comfortable even on hot days.Lilly provided a lot of details before our arrival with detailed check-in instructions. She was always prompt responding to our questions.Overall, a great property and great location.

Beautiful Location A Stone's Throw From The Beach

Property description was very accurate. A very well maintained apartment with all the necessities with a 90 second walk to the beach. Great location!

We loved our stay at Sea Side. The location was exceptional. Very relaxing. Walking distance beaches were great for enjoying the views (and food/beverage vendors - highly recommend shrimp tacos and empinadas from TropiBowl at Mar Chiquita). Lilly was a great host and steered us to Costa Azul Restaurant for indoor dining. We drove 10 minutes east to Playa Nuevo (Vega Baja) for swimming in crystal clear waters with no undertow. We bought groceries at the local store a mile away and used the kitchen, which had all the necessities for cooking. Water pressure and ample hot water for showering. Very comfortable beds and AC for a good night’s sleep. TVs and WiFi worked well. We loved having a private balcony and patio area with beautiful views of the ocean. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Beautiful Spot, quiet location!

We had a fantastic week. The beach right outside the house was perfect for walking. Walking the short jaunt to mar chiquita was excellent for hanging out and playing in the water. Gorgeous, clean, perfect location. We loved it.

This place is a hidden gem!! Amazing through and through!! Lily was so kind and answered all of our questions! The apartment was beautiful, so cozy and the beds slept great! The views are to die for!! We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful place

This was the perfect home base for our girls trip. The condo was beautiful! We loved spending our mornings and evenings enjoying the outside space, listening to the waves. The attention to detail was much appreciated, and we loved walking to Mar Chiquita.
