    This property is simply amazing. It is newly remodeled!!!
    Amazing comfort and welcoming surroundings in this great beachfront condo. Private balcony overlooks the sand and water PLUS you have a private terrace with direct access to the beach. Fully-equipped condo that requires you only drop off your bags and get out and have fun. Private, gated, intimate complex of only 20 units. The famous Mar Chiquita Beach is a few minute walk down the beach. Be sure you watch our video for a birds-eye view!

    We highly recommend travel insurance during hurricane season.

We loved the direct beach access and outdoor shower to clean up afterwards. The views and sound of the surf from the rocking chairs on the balcony are amazing (all the pleasure and none of the sand)! The condo itself was very clean, had great temperature control and comfortable beds. Tips: we found it easier to walk the short distance to Mar Chiquita via the street as the beach sand is quite deep. There are several food trucks at the beach if you don’t feel like going out for lunch/dinner.

Such a great location for our needs. Quiet, clean, well kept, easy to get to. AMAZING views. Lovely private garden area just steps away from the beach. Owners quick to respond. Lilly, the apt manager was so helpful and accommodating. Will 100% stay here again.

Great place with direct beach access

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio with the ocean view; it is shaded so very comfortable even on hot days.Lilly provided a lot of details before our arrival with detailed check-in instructions. She was always prompt responding to our questions.Overall, a great property and great location.

Beautiful Spot, quiet location!

We had a fantastic week. The beach right outside the house was perfect for walking. Walking the short jaunt to mar chiquita was excellent for hanging out and playing in the water. Gorgeous, clean, perfect location. We loved it.

What a view!

The view was amazing! The unit was clean and well stocked. It was decorated so nicely. Beds were comfortable. The property manager was also great with communicating for the check-in. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place

This was the perfect home base for our girls trip. The condo was beautiful! We loved spending our mornings and evenings enjoying the outside space, listening to the waves. The attention to detail was much appreciated, and we loved walking to Mar Chiquita.

Relaxing Vacation

My stay here was perfect to celebrate my 40th birthday. Waking up each morning to the sights and sounds of the ocean was amazing. Playa Mar Chiquita was so close and a beautiful beach to relax. Lily and her husband were great hosts! Excellent with communication and they made the experience that much better. I hope to visit again someday. Thank you for everything!

A piece of paradise

From our meeting with Lili until our departure we felt at home, but with a better view. The apartment was spotless, the view lovely, and the area quiet. A one minute walk to the beach, five minutes more to mar Chiquita.

Great beach access.

The property was very clean and had a pleasant smell on arrival, they even had the house cooled down. The location is great, with beach access very near by. Loved hearing the waves at night. The waves were very large while we stayed and they could seen crashing over the rocks from the balcony. About 15 min from Walmart and other stores including fast food and a Casino.

Beachfront Bliss

Beautiful Mar Chiquita. Lilly and Adelberto made checking in and out easy. The apartment was clean and included all amenities. The AC worked well and climate control great. Plenty of recommendations and resources provided to help with island activities. Beach supplies were plentiful. We would definitely return.

Relaxing Getaway

BEAUTIFUL view of the beach! Literally just a few steps to the sand. The apartment is modern and clean, has everything you need. About 40 minutes from San Juan. Really great place to come back to after a long day on the island. Manatí is a great location with beautiful beaches nearby and zip lining and horse back riding (local Manatí horseback riding was amazing). We hope to come back!

Great Villa & Great Location

The location at Mar Chiquita is a great location. The apartment/villa is literally just 25 yards from the beach. Greta view from the balcony, and one only needs to walk down two short flights of stairs and then stroll out 25 yards to be on the beach.We were greeted by Lilly who is awesome! Very informative and helpful.The apartment/villa is very clean and has all the amenities one needs to enjoy a great respite.December is a great time to come. The weather is great, no shirts or shoes needed.Thank yoou Scott & Carlos!

Beautiful gem.

The accommodations were perfect for my family of four. We took day trips and explored el yunque and several beaches. The beach at Mar Chicita is breathtaking. The water was pretty rough so we didn’t do any serious swimming but it was still an amazing experience. Our apartment and entire complex are very well cared for. I would return and recommend it to others. Thank you for offering such a great spot.
