"Lovely small hotel, however our room was next to the road and could hear every vehicle as it went by even though there was secondary glazing. Hotel and staff I could not fault and the food was excellent, would definitely go back if in the area for the distilleries but would ask for a different room."

"Outstanding!! I felt completely taken care of there. My food allergies usually throw a wrench into things, but Colin and Sarah put a lot of effort into making sure I had as many wonderful dishes as everyone else. The sticky toffee pudding was amazing as was the stuffed pastry dinner and delicious coleslaw. I can’t recommend this place enough. 👏👏 well done ❤️"

"Friendly and welcoming staff. Unexpected room upgrade upon arrival which was wonderful. If you want charm in a beautiful Highlands locale along the whisky trail, this is it. "The room was spotless and very comfortable. Obviously the Hotel is in transition. By and by rooms are being prepared to welcome guests. Only 11 rooms are available to book at this point. The price per room is unbelievably low. Especially since the electricity bill must be enormous. The hotel was overheated and lights were on in almost every hall, lounge and room and stayed on during the night. Heating as well as the lights. No consideration was given to the ecological impact. "
