"The room was clean and had enough room for the 3 adults,, but the bathroom was small and there were no other mirrors in one room (had a family suite) and no plugs/lights near mirrors in the other. The location was perfect though and the staff was very friendly. The ice machine did not work and no maid service while we were there. From the outside in the lobby, the hotel is very pretty."

"I've stayed at this hotel on 4 different occasions. The past stays the accommodations were great. This last time I was a little disappointed. The carpet in the room was in need of a good cleaning. The remote for the TV wasn't in the room. The TV was on a screen saver all night. A bit distracting. The air conditioning was somewhat loud. All in all I was restless and didn't get a good night's sleep."

"The room was clean but we asked for extra towels and didn’t get them until a day later. You could see the exposed mattress base which I would expect to be covered for cleanliness and appearance. It just made the place look unkept and cheap despite the high price tag we paid for the room. Location was great. Overall experience could have been better and should have been for what we paid."

"Check-in good, good cookies and the rooms nice. The pool is nice but not a lot of sun cause of the skyscrapers. Parking was interesting- had to go to the lobby and then to another elevator to get your car - no direct access to the hotel.
The hotel elevators sucked! Very slow and half didn’t work. Great location!"
