  • Welcome to the beautiful El Cantil! With three spacious ocean-view suites and four bedrooms total, this vacation home is perfect for a large family or travel group. You will be supremely comfortable staying here! Staying at El Cantil provides so many advantages, one of which is a private dock with pick-up and drop-off for scuba diving excursions. The lower level has rinse tanks. When you want to have a more relaxing day, you can enjoy the sandy beach area with lounge chairs, palapas, and heated infinity pool overlooking the turquoise Caribbean!

    Snorkeling is easy with a natural grotto with steps leading into the sea. Your private terrace may turn out to be your favorite hang-out spot, with incredible panoramic views of the sea. Terrace sunsets are spectacular, and you can enjoy a meal out in the fresh air or just relax on the lounge chairs. Inside the condo, every effort has been made to help you feel at home. A full custom kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals when you decide to dine in.
    Several grocery stores are within walking distance, one being directly across the street. The open layout is so inviting, with great furnishings and plenty of space. Custom décor and furnishings add to the charm of this beautiful vacation rental, setting it apart from any other accommodations on the island!

    -We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

The best location in town

El Cantil is simply the best. Direct access to the sea, downtown with 2 grocery stores walking distance, tons of restaurant. An incredible view of the condo, sunsets... it's a no brainer. A must in Cozumel.

Perfect condo in Cozumel

The condo is perfect. It has gorgeous views of the ocean from the balcony and 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Everything was clean and perfect. The pool and beach area was great too and easy walk to San Miguel and easy to get a cab elsewhere. Also there is a grocery store right across the street. Absolutely perfection.

Our stay at 3CN

The place was really nice, but there were a few areas that could have used improvement. When we told them that we couldn't get the dishwasher to work they told us that it was broken (but no offer to get it fixed). It would also be nice to have access to the laundry room. There were 5 bottles of water for the cooler, but only only 2 of them were unused. When we asked about getting some replacements they told us they would charge us for them (that's not a lot of water for 3 people during a 10-day stay). Other than that, it was a nice property, and they did allow us a late checkout. Also, the property manager was very responsive.

Get away weekend

Getaway dive trip for 3 friends. Place is clean, well maintained and has high end appliances. Beds are comfortable with big bathrooms. Our Dive Shop (Aldoria) pickup at the condo's dock. Public pool area is very nice with outs of chair and loungers with big clear pools. Restaurants, bars, and groceries are near bye.

Great experience

Everything was as advertised. Very clean and enjoyable. The bed in the jungle bedroom was broken, but someone came to repair after I reported the problem. I would ask that the laundry room be available in the future.

Spring Break in Cozumel

Very large, clean and awesome location. Everything was very easy upon arrival. Right o the water with great views. Dive shop picked us up at dock on site. Condo is walking distance to major grocery stores, restaurants and movie theater. Staff on site is very helpful. Four nicely apportioned rooms gave everyone there own space. Best pace I have found to stay on the island.

Girls Trip for my birthday

All of us had a wonderful time and loved our stay in 7BS. Everything was great, from check in to check out. Our maid service was excellent, even laundering clothes for us. The guys working at the entrance were always friendly and helpful. Love the pool, love the location and convenience to shopping and restaurants. And LOVE the at-home feel of the condo. We had a couple minor hiccups with the safe and with the lock on the main door - both related to battery issues. Neither was a show-stopper and Eve was very responsive and prompt to get them resolved. One other quick comment - a shower curtain in the bathroom with the tub would have been very helpful. It was not possible to shower in that bathroom without getting water all over the bathroom. We simply shared the shower in another bathroom, but would just suggest that installing a shower curtain in that bathroom would be a nice addition. We stayed in another unit in El Cantil last year, and did not even have to think about booking anywhere else. It's our go-to from now on!

Very nice condo in an excellent location

Pros: location, clean, well decorated, well appointed kitchen, lots of space, multiple balconies, good snorkeling right from the pier, nice pool and hot tub, comfy beds, great views, etc. Cons: The showers. The water pressure is horrible. Only one person can shower at a time and if anyone turns on a sink or flushes a toilet the water almost stops. I don't know if this problem is throughout the building or just for this unit. We stayed in the South tower 2 years ago and didn't have this issue. Also, there is no ice maker. We would stay here again, though.
