This private second-floor, corner unit also has plenty of outdoor seating and dining spaces to soak in the warm rays during the day or enjoy the sunsets over the ocean. The views from the balcony and windows get even better as one part of the condo overlooks a luscious jungle and the other the beach! The condo itself is located in Building One, right on the sand, it has a wrap-around terrace, access to two heated fresh-water pools, and plenty of room and amenities for six people.

A beautiful Cozumel Location!

We LOVED this condo. Location, beautiful interior, terrific beach view. The staff was so welcoming. The beds were a little hard but the property managers provided everything we could have thought of. Would definitely stay again and encourage others to stay. ❤️

Amazing!!!

This property was everything and more. The view from the balcony was unbelievable. We hade plenty of room within the condo for three couples. Each bedroom was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would love to rent this property again and would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing, beautiful, relaxing holiday

Everything was top notch! Communication with property manager was excellent. They are super helpful, called us taxis when we needed, suggested restaurants when asked. Condo was amazing, super nice, had everything we needed, very comfortable! Highly recommend!!!!! Absolutely loved this location, right on the beach, water front, no obstacles in the way, amazing!!!

Great stay!

The condo was in excellent condition. A great view of the beach, water, and palm trees. The swimming pool is awesome. I just can't say enough great things about the condo and Residence Reef

Villa Pariso is PARADISE!

The view is stunning the place was super clean and well-kept. All amenities were there with back ups of everything from paper towels laundry soap to towels and dish soap. Location was quiet but a 5 min walk to Paradise Beach and Playa Mia for the kids. Luis (property manager) was a big help and made sure we had everything we needed. He referred us to Chichi charters and we had the most wonderful private snorkeling tour with just the family. There is a dock right nearby for Scuba pickups. This is a diver's paradise The beds were delightful. Five Stars, thank you so much and we will definitely use you in the future.
