Other Things to Note:
The parking situation is a bit tricky at this property, as it's at the end of a one-way street. You will have to open up the gate and reverse back in at the left of the property. There is enough space for 2 cars at the home, and there is free street parking as well.
Kindly do not park your car on Eva Lane itself as it's an access path towards the beach.
