  • The Space:

    This lovely vacation home boasts 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is conveniently located only a block away from the town center, within a mere 500 meters of distance. You can easily walk to shops, restaurants, RSL, and it's just 1km from the beach. The decor is modern, and the upper level features a newly renovated kitchen and an open plan living area that leads out to a deck with a BBQ and outdoor furniture. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Downstairs, you'll find an entrance to the living area, complete with a large TV and split system. There are also 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs. All rooms are equipped with heaters, and there is central heating system for your comfort. You can enjoy playing pool, air hockey, and table tennis in the entertainment room located downstairs. The fireplace shown in the photo is an electric fire not wood.

A very nice and relaxing getaway was made even better with how well organised, clean, new and spacious the house was. From the views at the top deck, to games on the pool table, air hockey or even table tennis it was just incredible. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to getaway for a nice and relaxing holiday.

Excellent!

Excellent family friendly accommodation that is within walking distance to the beach and shops. House is very clean and tidy. We would definitely choose to stay there again for our next family holiday on the Island.

Cozy home, nicely decorated, fun entertainment and perfect location!

Very cozy home for our family, nicely decorated and entertainment was a bonus! Loved the location, easy walked into town and esplanade beach. Very good value :)

Great location, just 5 to 10 minutes walk from the supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The house was in good condition and overall clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped with kitchenware and a good sized fridge. We enjoyed the games room, although the felt for the air hockey's pusher was very worn and made it unenjoyable. We had a lovely time and would recommend this property to other families!

Family getaway

Great place to stay with a group of people. Plenty of room, lots of cutlery and utensils and other bits of pieces that you need. It was lovely sitting on the decking over evening. Great location, walking distance to beach and town centre.

Looks can be deceiving

It was simply the best!There were 13 of us & there was plenty of room to eat, lounge around, play games etc.Modern house inside although it looks a bit dated from the outside.So well equipt with lots of kitchen stuff, big bedrooms, fantastic deck with loads of seating & 5 minute walk to the shops.It was a surprise 70th so all the family were hiding in the lounge when we arrived - best birthday ever he said.10 stars out of 5 from me.Everyone loved it

A wonderful family and fury friend stay!

We had a fabulous time! The house was great for a large group and our dogs. The air con was great thank goodness at the weekend was so warm! The deck is a great space. Coffee pods and basics left for us. Thanks so much for a great weekend

Family holiday

We had a lovely time at Goondiwindi. Kitchen was well stocked with any cookware, crockery, utensils you would need. We particularly liked that they had plastic cups and plates for kids. It was lovely to sit out on the deck and enjoy the Seabreeze and night. Excellent air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable for our stay.

Good accommodation

The property has all the attributes needed for a family group. We had three children 6,4 and 3. The games room was a winner, particularly air hockey! Kitchen and living spaces work well.

Comfortable relaxed home

Comfortable relaxed home. Great kitchen. Relaxing balcony with plenty of seating. Had difficulty getting a response to queries from the host via the Stayz chat. However, once I searched for and called the managing real estate agent they were very pleasant and helpful

Fabulous and Clean!

This would have to be one of the best houses we've stayed at in Cowes Been coming here for 22 years in a row with my family and this house deserves 5 stars. Clean, decorated beautiful, comfortable bedrooms, ample kitchen facilities, & roomy for 3 large families. Can not fault it. Will defiantly be staying again. Thank you! 🙂

Fabulous house

We were a group of 5 girls who spent 3 lovely nights at this wonderful house. The cleanliness was amazing. It was spotless. The host provided everything you need to have a great time. Games, fantastic Bluetooth speaker, and the reversible air hockey/pool table was heaps of fun. The beds were all Nice and comfy and the backyard/frontyard was perfect for the greyhound that came with us. She spent a lot of time on the big balcony upstairs as it rained a bit. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Great house for 3 families.

The house was well decked out with everything you can imagine. Plenty of crockery and cutlery and even an air fryer and coffee machine. Beautifully decorated and plenty of space for 3 families.

Great property close to everything. Being multi level, it gave good separation for everyone in our group. The property was clean and beautifully presented. Would recommend it to anyone travelling with family or friends 😊👍🏻

Weekend at Cowes

We rented this house as we needed something close to town for a function we were attending. The location and proximity is amazing and cannot be faulted. We were however extremely disappointed by the cleanliness of the property. It really does need a thorough clean. Make sure to also BYO a doona cover.
