Located in the sought-after Red Rocks area of Cowes, our charming three-bedroom coastal cottage is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy everything Phillip Island has to offer.

Red Rocks Beach and the popular Anchorage General Store are both within easy walking distance, while the centre of Cowes and the island's many attractions are just a short drive away.

The Space
Welcome to our stylish three-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday home, ideal for families, couples, and small groups.

The light-filled open-plan living area features a cosy wood fireplace and a split-system heating and cooling unit, ensuring year-round comfort. During the cooler months, electric blankets are provided on every bed for added warmth. Please note that guests will need to bring their own firewood if they wish to use the fireplace.

After a day of exploring, relax in the comfortable living area and enjoy your favourite movies or shows on the Smart TV using your own streaming accounts.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including:

Nespresso coffee machine
A selection of original Nespresso-compatible coffee pods is provided to get you started. You're welcome to bring additional pods for longer stays.

The home is conveniently located just minutes from Phillip Island's most popular attractions, including the Penguin Parade, Phillip Island Wildlife Park, the Grand Prix Circuit, stunning surf beaches, and the cafés, restaurants, and shops of Cowes.

Outdoor Living:
Sliding doors from the living area open onto a fantastic outdoor entertaining space featuring both a covered alfresco area and a sunny open-air patio, bordered by a lush hedge for added privacy. A gas BBQ is available for your convenience, making it easy to enjoy outdoor meals with family and friends during your stay.

The fully fenced yard includes a spacious lawn, making it perfect for children to play safely.

An outdoor shower is also available—ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay, with the exception of the shed.

Keys are stored in a secure lockbox. The access code will be provided a couple of days before your arrival.

Other Things to Note
Maximum parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway.
Unfortunately, the property is not wheelchair accessible due to steps at both the front entrance and rear deck.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Infants are welcome. A porta cot and highchair are available; however, guests will need to provide their own cot linen and any other baby essentials. Please note that the property has not been specially childproofed, and parents or guardians are responsible for their child's safety at all times.
Firewood is not provided. If you plan to use the fireplace, please bring your own.
