Close to the Cowes boat ramp, and in close proximity to the town centre with its supermarkets, cafés and shops—an excellent choice for a relaxing and enjoyable beach escape.

This Home provides everything needed for a memorable stay on Phillip Island, centrally located to access many of Phillip Island’s well-known attractions.

A key safe is at the property and Dianne the holiday rental manager sends you the key code via sms on your check in date.

The property is in a residential area. Excessive noise, disturbances, or exceeding the number of booked guests may result in immediate eviction without notice.

Sheets (both fitted and flat), pillowcases, and bath towels are not provided. Doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare blankets, bathmats, hand towels, and tea towels are supplied.
You’re welcome to bring your own linen. If you would prefer to hire linen, please contact Dianne, the holiday rental manager. Linen hire is invoiced separately.


PLEASE NOTE:
- There is 7.5% State government short term levy collected at time of booking. This is added to the total accommodation including the cleaning fee.
- No smoking policy
- PETS: Pets are allowed on request.
- LINEN: Please note sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. You can either bring your own or hire them from Dianne, the Holiday Rental Manager. The only time linen is provided is at the Moto GP championship weekend.
- BOND: A bond of $400 is held against your credit card. There is no payment required.
- STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)
- PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise, and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
