Castlecombe Family Villa

The front of the house has a separate lounge room with TV, ample seating and a reverse cycle split system, this could be the perfect space for you to relax away from the second living area.

Main bedroom with queen size bed leads to an ensuite with shower and toilet. The other three bedrooms incorporate, one with queen and the other two bedrooms have double beds, one with a single trundle underneath.

The property has an elegant kitchen and spacious dining area which flows out to the undercover outdoor entertaining area. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, with electric oven and gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, and a breakfast bar seating four people.

Following on from the kitchen dining area is the entertaining area which features a pool table, TV, DVD player and lounge suite. Plenty of room for the kids to amuse themselves. This area looks out over the backyard. There is also another reverse cycle split system in this area.

This house is located close to Red Rocks Beach. The property also has Wifi.

Please Note the garage is not available . However there is parking space in the driveway.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

Perfect neat and clean house with plenty of room for the kids

The house and rooms (and bathrooms) were clean and neat. Good sized backyard for the kids to safely play around in. Location wise the house is near the Cowes town centre for us to easily get groceries or to the tourist attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and were happy to spend most of our weekend at home where both the kids could have a good play outside and the adults could play at the pool table! Only little pick on the place would be that the kitchen was a little small and we had to purchase some of the minor goods ourselves eg. aluminium foil/tea/coffee etc which would have been a nice touch for our stay but definitely not a big issue at all. Simone who handled our booking was lovely to deal with.
