"This home was so wonderful! It was impeccably clean. The beds and linens were so comfortable. My husband is a builder and he appreciated all of the little details. Our favorite was the swing on the expansive back deck. We loved sitting back there and listening to the train roll by."

"Had a GREAT time here! House was beautiful and perfect! Trail was well marked and obviously well maintained. Creek out back was so nice to the ears, nice fire pit (didn’t use because it was rainy). Host was super nice and attentive about any questions I had. Great place to stay, would highly recommend!!"

"The house was spotless. Everything one might need was there, many times in duplicate. Paper Towels, soap, TP, bedding, shower needs, you name it A stair lift, fans, lots of parking. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Away from everything! A great stay!!"

"It was an honor to stay at Whitewood Hall. Our family was there for 4 nights to celebrate my son's VMI graduation and Army commissioning. "This is the second time I’ve stayed here and the owner continues to improve the property. From the stocked fish pond to the new appliances and flooring the place looks amazing and it’s the perfect place to get away from the busy pace of life. We have just booked another week there and it’s our favorite place in the area! Well Worth the visit!"

"Cozy country home is exactly what is. Property is well maintained and very clean. The host Lynne and her husband were absolutely amazing and welcomed us to tour their family farm which was a true gym with stunning views.
