"Very good location to access North Devon. The property is cozy with added facilities recreational facilities like swimming pool and games. Good enough for a family of four for a short break. The town is stone throw away from the property with few food options. Superstore next door is huuuuugeeee bonus. Overall very good. Highly recommend "

"Great choice for a large group of friends. The pool and facilities (eg fire pit) were great, kitchen was very well supplied with everything we needed. We had 12 people for a joint 30th birthday party and could comfortably have had many more. Only minor thing was because it is such a lovely old building, some of the rooms got quite cold in the night (mainly the ones with floor to ceiling windows) and we weren't sure how to put the heating on. "We had an amazing time staying at Allercott Farm. The cottage was beautiful, cosy and very peaceful at night, and you’re right in the middle of Exmoor so you can drive for around 20 minutes any way at all and find yourself at one of the many walks. Hosts were awfully lovely, as were their several friendly dogs who were keen to say hello. We’d absolutely consider staying again sometime to visit more of the national park. 😊"

"Beautiful house, fantastic views. All rooms spacious and bathrooms clean. Accommodation was perfect for my family celebration ages ranging from 3-82. All rooms sound proof and beds very comfortable. We had a great time enjoying the grounds, games room and both kitchens. The hot tub was an added bonus too. Left with great memories of my 60th. "

"We couldn’t have asked for more - the communication with our host, Paula, before and during our stay was excellent and we were delighted with the house when we arrived. Everything was spotlessly clean and the house itself was a dream, over and above our expectations. "I booked online and then researched the Holiday Park after (slightly backwards way of doing it) but I’m glad I didn’t take all the reviews too seriously, I’ve stayed in far worse hotels than this. Obviously late December is definitely not peak season either but still enough people about. The kids loved the pool and there was an on duty life guard and cafe. Our apartment was nice too. If I could give 1 bit of feedback it’s that the changing room for the pool is an open 1 room which the boys...
