"For my purposes of visiting an unwell relative, it was perfect. However, if you don’t know the area it appears a bit run down. The appartments themselves have good security with cctv. I booked through travel site and found communication was not easy. I have a feeling the owners are new to letting their appartments so hopefully teething issues. The cleanliness was ok but I again suspect that it was a rush job to prepare for our stay. The apartment location is central and a short walk to the train...

"I gave this place the benefit of the doubt after reading the previous 1 star review that they cancel on your reservation moments before you want to check in. This was the exact same situation as the previous reviewer - due to damage to the property there were unable to accommodate. Leaves you stranded to book something else last min. "SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Paid for my sons birthday weekend away (4y.o) drove 2.5 hours to get here and the host didnt send us entry code to the apartment so couldnt get in. Expedia confirmed all booking, tried to contact the host but blocking my calle. Texts delivered and left voicemails asking to call us but had no reply. Took our money and put a case with expedia and they refused to refund ao had to contact fraud department with my bank and pay for a hotel late at night instead!! Ruined...

"This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back "

"Really enjoyed the stay, the yurt was great and the spa sort of expensive but at the same time where else gives you full ownership of a spa for 3 hours? Not many places so for that I would say it was worth it. Very clean shower facilities were great. The yogurt itself is not very private because it’s so close to the manor when you walk out the door you’re in view of the top windows however it’s located 15 minutes away from a few different trails which were really fun to take the dog. "We didn’t even get to stay in the hotel waited 30minutes outside for them to tell us the people before damaged the property so we could not stay so they left a 18year old and 17 year old with no where to stay 3hours away from home so not the best visit if I say so myself and will not be going back "

"Not fit for family with small children, rooms were smelly possibly were not used/ lack of ventilation. We stayed in the loft room and sleep was disturbed as it was raining and there were plenty of noise of drops on loft windows. Also, noise from main road. "

"The flat was clean and well appointed. My only negative comment was that I am very sensitive to scents and there were heavily scented products and incense used which I had to wash / put away in order to be fully comfortable. I would definitely stay again though! Property management was quite responsive when we contacted them for advice regarding the cooker."
