"First off, the reception greeting was good very polite. But ask them something out of the ordinary and you get a blank stare. No comprehension of what you are asking. The manager says things are available to you, but the front desk know nothing about it. Keep in mind that there are new owners now who are doing catch ups in quite a few areas. On the surface everything looks clean spotless and tidy. But behind those washing machines, toilets and dyers are months of dust, powder and assorted...

"Great roomy apartment, very clean, well equipped, close to town, plenty of places to eat. Parking secure undercover 2 spots. Locks were a little difficult to parking and unit, nothing a squirt of WD40 wouldn't fix."

"Good comfy place to stay. Michael, the manager/host was excellent with us and suggestions for dinner in Merimbula. A bit pokey around the shower/vanity but having a good w/machine was excellent. All in All - could easily stay there again."
