"So the “resort” is ok. You will be hounded about the time share meeting from check in to check out. The property is older but the pool area on the 5th floor and the roof top were nice. They basically refused to clean the room the 5 days we were there. I was told “you can change the sheets yourself”. The housekeeping staff was not great. Valet staff were nice and helpful. Weird charges for parking and I was billed twice. Front desk staff at checkout was rude. Would pick a different property for...

"The staff is very sweet. However there is barely and amenities. The pool was closed for several hours when we got here after being told it was open. There is no food or bar in the hotel other than snacks. It’s a little pricey to not have any food to chose from in the actual building because walking to places to eat is so hot."

The room we stayed in was not properly maintained, the bathtub was dirty, the bed sheets had stains, and the air conditioning barely cooled the room despite Las Vegas temperatures exceeding 100°F during our stay. On a positive note, the location is convenient and close to many popular attractions, including shows, excellent restaurants, the Bellagio Fountains, and the Sphere. "Hidden gem . This hotel was better than the aria . Prime location. Clean room . And quiet. So impressed ."

"What you see in the pictures is not what you get. They show you layouts to several different rooms to have you under the impression of what your room will look like. We chose a suite for our Anniversary. We received a very basic suite with no windows in the restroom, and a view of the outside of the strip. We requested a high floor room with a fountain view. Deposits are the same amount as the daily cost plus the resort fees. They ONLY have valet parking unless you park further away and walk....

"The description of the hotel is somewhat misleading. It appears to be a timeshare facility. If you’re looking for a casino, shops and restaurants, we didn’t see them. Those are right next door at the Flamingo. Our included “breakfast” consisted of going to the small hotel store and getting a free cup of coffee, pastry and small bottle of juice from the refrigerator. Staff was very polite and friendly. Facility well maintained and clean."

"This was not just budget friendly but a nice place to stay especially if you don't want to stay on the strip in casino hotels. The staff was really nice and took great care of the property. Only minor issue was the water from sink smelled a little sewer like. It did not impact our stay there for three days. I would come back."
