"Nothing you could wish more for. This is the best view of Tuscany. Our stay was so comfortable and relaxing we did not want to leave. The hostess is wonderful and accommodating. The views are spectacular. The food and wine are splendid."

"How do I begin. We booked one night only. Check-in was a mess. We arrived around 1 pm but reception was not opened until 2 pm. We tried calling directly to the establishment (for almost 1h) but no answer (nor by email). We also tried to have Hotels.com to get in touch of them but no answer as well. When we finally made it to speak to Mariana (owner) she has us waiting another 40min to get to the hotel and finally check us in. Disrespectful ! As for the installations: Great location, nice...
