"The house served our purpose well. They beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The back porch and grounds could use a little TLC but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. It was very close to all the attractions near Cortez."

"This was a great experience. The property is nice, a few miles outside of town (lots of stars)! The host Tambra was very accommodating. I appreciated all the labels around the house, very helpful. Beautiful and comfortable house."

"Nice rural setting with direct view of Sleeping Ute Mountain. Generally quiet but a two lane road is nearby as is the municipal airport. The loft is accessed with a ladder and the headroom over the bed is limited. The finishes are “rustic” and simple."

"The property was appropriately priced but the pictures were a bit misleading. The owner and caretaker were both very nice and very accommodating. The house was clean and well stocked, but dated. The back porch picture was when it was first built and it was also dated and not very clean (in my opinion). Definitely worth the price and I would stay there again if I had a group more on a budget. Again, the owner and caretaker were both very kind."

"This home was wonderful for our family. We stayed three nights. Its location to Mesa Verde Nat. Park can’t be beat! The home was decorated so cute and was very clean. It had a beautiful view of Totten Lake and the area. The pool table was so much fun for our kids. The little details the host provided made our stay extra comfortable with a laundry room, full kitchen, shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms, lots of towels. Would definitely stay again!"
