Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. The Beach Life

I booked this property for a short July 4th getaway to the beach with my kids (16 and 19). It is a very nice property. It is decorated with the appropriate beach theme and is furnished with modern amenities. Modern large screen TV's are in the living area and master bedroom with access to the most common streaming apps (Hulu, Netflix, Disney, Apple). The kitchen is fully furnished with utensils, dishwashing machine, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, stove top oven and keurig coffee maker.. There is also a washer and dryer that come in very handy. There are plenty of beach towels to use in case you forget yours. In short, it's a comfortable space and home away from home. The community pool outside is kept clean and the commons area has shaded picnic areas and grills for cookouts. The location is very close to everything. A short drive to good restaurants, retail stores and grocery stores. Its a 6 block walk to the beach of a short drive if you prefer to take your car to the beach. All these amenities made our 4 day stay very pleasant. A couple of items of concern to mention are the cleanliness of a couple of areas of the condo need to be addressed. There were small clumps of sand and a food stain (maybe queso cheese) left behind in the fridge. In the master bedroom there were long, dark hairs left behind on the bathroom counter top. These aren't dealbreakers but I feel that they are concerns that need to be addressed with the cleaning crew for future guests.

Lovely unit!

I’ve stayed at several units at The Commons and this one was the best of all. Very well equipped, beds comfy, pool towels provided, fridge with ice maker for crushed or cubes. Communication was great with the owner. We were advised the dishwasher did not work but repair was scheduled and to apologize they gave us bags with cool stuff as well as plastic and paper goods to use till dishwasher was fixed. The locks from inside to unlock and lock are tricky. Or maybe it was just us! I will definitely choose this unit on my next trip down!!!

Last minute NYE plan

My aunt and I decided - just 3 days before - that we wanted to get away for some NYE peace. Port A was the best choice, but availability was limited due to the holiday. Boy... we got SO LUCKY. This gem of a condo was available. The pics don't do it justice. It was amazing and had all that we needed for a great stay.

Super Stay!

Such a cute place and it had everything we needed. Loved the two coffee options (regular coffee maker and Keurig) and the coffee provided was a nice touch. We had an issue with the AC on day one and it took longer than expected for the tech to show which was a little frustrating. He was able to get it cooling that night, then replaced the thermostat the next day. The tech was super nice and professional. And, Jim was great about checking on us. We loved the location. We could walk down Anchor Street to the bar on the beach. Overall a great stay and a place we'd be happy to recommend.

Family getaway

I have stayed in this complex twice. Great location, easy to get to beach restaurants, and shopping. The place was just as the pictures were shown. I have stayed in many places and this one by far had all the utensils, cookware, and appliances you needed if cooking in. We loved hanging out on the front porch in the morning and evening. There was a small water leak from the master bath that leaked into living room, but we notified owners and were on top of getting it fixed. I am not a fan of firm mattresses but the upstairs room on the left was pretty firm so if you like or need a softer bed you might want to bring a mattress pad. It did not ruin my trip but just wanted to give a heads up. We would stay here again.

Feb getaway

The property was in excellent condition. Everything we needed. A few issues happened but the Sway Management was very prompt and took care of everything. A couple of items need to be looked at. There is a water leak in the wall by the downstairs bathroom. The wall with the round mirror on it. If you the upstairs bathroom you will hear the dripping. The living room TV is out of date, we finally hooked up our own Roko device to run all the channels. Had to replace the water heater also, Otherwise we were very satisfied with unit.

Away for the Holidays

The unit was located close to beach & eateries. It had everything we needed to have a nice holiday away from home! The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances/cookware we needed to cook an amazing Christmas dinner! Unit was very well maintained, looks just like the pictures! The only downside was we were limited to 2 parking spaces. We had 3 cars. Ended up parking a vehicle at Salty Dog which we visited each night. Lol! Would be nice to be able to purchase an additional parking.

We loved it!!

We were 2 moms coming into town on a last minute trip with our kids (6 total ranging in age from 16-9). Our husbands were out of town and we were bored! The condo was adorable! It had plenty of room for all of us and had all the kitchen necessities we needed. There were plenty of bath towels but the washer and dryer was a huge help. It was only a 5 minute or so drive to the beach and the outside shower and foot rinse option was a lifesaver. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch talking with the neighbors and watching the kids swim. The beds were comfortable and we were in paradise during our stay. We would love to come back some day!
