The condo was clean and in overall good condition however the ac stayed 10 degrees hotter downstairs (even over night with no-one going in and out of the condo) when maintenance showed up 8 hours after contacting them their only suggestion was to close the vents off upstairs so it would blow harder downstairs.. the dryer did not work and the fridge took 24 hours to cool as if it had been shut off prior to our stay. The trash cans around the grilling area located right outside of the condo were over flowing when we checked in and smelled awful. When we called maintenance to have them change it out they said they had already been informed by other guests but still took 24 hours before emptying them. The pools were nice and clean and the fishing docs were easily accessible. Nice place but for the price i expected it to be better maintained.

SEMANA SANTA CANTU REYES

First time as a family (14 people , 8 adults and 6 kids) to visit NPI and we love it; condo very nice and clean, swimming pool beatiful, beach very clean, everybody enjoy it, for sure we will be back and add 4 more people to the trip.

Great place for our family!

We, a family of 5 (kids 2-8) and grandparents, stayed here for 5 nights and had a blast! The place was very clean and felt new and nice. The kitchen had tons of dishes for everyone and plenty of things to prepare meals with. The little backyard was actually great, good size to sit in the Adirondack chairs and for kids to play catch in. Location was great- a couple minute drive to the beach and easy to get to a grocery store or restaurant. Nice having one bedroom on the ground floor for someone who doesn’t do well with steps. The pool area was great and our kids had a blast on the slides. We’d definitely recommend this place and would stay here again for sure!

Great place for family

The place was spacious and clean. We like the spot as it was close to the pool. The location was 4 minutes away from the beach driven. Will definitely save the location for next time.

Clean property

The property was very clean. It is more than a 8 min walk to the beach. I would recommend taking your car or renting a golf cart.
