This neighborhood is unique as it is located in the Leeward Bay Townhome complex which is only a short walk to the sand! Down the street on Whitecap you'll find a Pizzeria, Stripes gas station for a quick fill up or some snacks and try the many scrumptious restaurants on the island for breakfast, lunch or dinner! This open concept 3br/2ba townhome has over 1200 sq ft of indoor and outdoor space. This home has plenty of room to gather and create delicious meals, kickback and watch any of the 5 flat screen TVs!
In the evening, you can indulge in luxurious comfort on a King bed (sleeps 2), a Queen (sleeps 2), 2 twin beds (sleeps 2), and a daybed with a trundle (sleeps 2) and a Queen pullout in the living room (sleeps 2)! Total of 10 Guests!

Walk to the beach or you may also drive onto the beach with a permit, but since you're super close there really isn't a need.
