"Room was late being cleaned, staff was great, but if there was a problem with housekeeping couldn’t convey the message because many did not speak English (ex if you needed towels , they would not understand the request). I would than have to call down to desk, but than have to go down and get them ..."

"The number of maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and mold issues was beyond normal wear and tear.
